| Teachers select or upload a PDF document for print in Smartschool and specify a combination of classes and individuals for whom a copy is to be printed. SavaPage downloads the PDF files with associated student information from the Smartschool Print Center, calculates the number of copies and sends the print jobs to a PaperCut managed printer queue. | |

| The release of print jobs to three Xerox Multi-Functional Printers is done in PaperCut by the repro department. SavaPage monitors the printing status and reports it back to Smartschool, so the teacher sees what happened to his print request. After the job is successfully printed, SavaPage charges the costs, as calculated by PaperCut, proportionally to students and other individuals on their special Smartschool account in PaperCut. | |
